Our service is best described as helping business and/or product owners develop outbound selling strategies and skills. Selling is not a simple endeavor. Having a strategy for how selling works and what might or might not be the best approach for a specific business needs to be part of the company’s overall business plan. Many companies will have a well thought out marketing plan but might not have given as much thought to what their outreach strategies will be.
Whatever the type of business, whether a startup or established corporation, the plan to drive new business or open new markets needs to include some type of outreach effort. Our focus is to work with business owners on sales specific strategies and to help develop and initiate outbound selling campaigns. While many business owners are experts in their line of work, they might not have as great an expertise in sales and sales strategies. Some of the professional services we provide include email design, lead generation activities and campaign targeting, prospecting techniques, creating sales presentations, conducting marketing research, building a prospect database and talent selection.
We primarily focus on working with small businesses that may not have the in-house expertise to develop and implement an outbound sales strategy. We can scale our efforts to work with marketing and sales departments of larger companies that may be interested in outsourcing lead generation and outbound calling or need follow-up services after conferences or webinars and to conduct marketing research.
We also offer a “sales as a service” model, providing startups and technology companies executive-level sales expertise on an interim basis vs. hiring full time. Our services would cover areas that are similar and may include developing lead generation programs and building a sales funnel, industry research, designing sales campaigns and mentoring and training sales teams.
